Common Questions.

What ages do you teach?

Ages 6 through 18.

When can my child start?

Kiera is accepting new students for lessons beginning September 2026. Submit the interest form and she'll reach out personally with available times.

Do students need a piano at home?

Yes. Regular practice between lessons is necessary, so students need access to a piano or full-size keyboard at home.

Where are lessons held?

In-person at Kiera's home in Tulare, California. The address will be shared with enrolled families.

What if my child has never played before?

That's totally ok! Kiera specializes in beginners, and no prior experience is required.

Are recitals required?

No. However, recitals provide an opportunity for goal setting, building confidence in performing, motivating more serious practice, and improving focus. Recital preparation is available for students who want it, but it's never required or pressured. When the time comes, we can discuss options and determine what will work for your child.
